A. COMPANY BACKGROUND

Win-Join Book Company Group had its beginning in 1969, when founder, Professor Yung-Shi Lin organized the Win-Join Book Company to engage in the publication and export of Chinese books and paintings. In 1971, Dr. Lin turned the management of Win-Join over to his wife, Ming-Chu Tsai Lin, while he acted as a representative of the Republic of China in carrying out research into teacher education at the Asian Institute for Teacher Educators, sponsored by UNESCO. In 1972, he returned to Taiwan and organized the Unifacmanu Trading Company Ltd., which has two main purposes. The first one is to export Christmas items, stationary materials, sporting goods, and mini-bulbs; the other purpose is to import educational materials, western books, automobile parts and other products into the Taiwan market.

Win-Join Book Company group now has 66 staff members working in its book section and 16 in its computer and technology section, and has a majority of the total customers in the Taiwan markets. In addition to being the sole agent for more than 80 companies, we are also a distributor for many companies in the U.S.A., United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, and other countries. As there are more and more customers who need our services and have signed buying contracts with us, we are now looking for more suppliers of academic book electronic products, DVD, on-line etc; subject areas cover social science, natural science, educations, psychology, economic, business, management, medical science and other fields.
